班兰金瓜糯米糕 pandan, pumpkin, black rice lapis

材料:,底层材料:,400克 黑糯米,250毫升 浓椰浆,1茶匙 盐,1片 香蕉叶,,2上层材料:,(A) 150克 南瓜泥,75克 木薯粉,1汤匙 澄面粉,50克 糖,150毫升 浓椰浆,(全部材料搅拌机里搅拌均匀),(B)120克 班兰叶汁,3汤匙 粟面粉 - 过筛,2汤匙 普通面粉 - 过筛,2粒 鸡蛋,110毫升 浓椰浆,100克 细糖,,做法:,1.底层: 糯米洗净后浸水3-4个小时。,将椰浆与盐拌匀备用。,,2. 待蒸锅的水滚后,将糯米和椰浆放蒸盘以大火蒸30-35分钟至熟,取出弄松后,,压实在铺了香蕉叶和涂油的8吋模里。,,3.上层: 把金瓜面糊倒在糯米上蒸15分钟至熟。,,4. 班兰汁与粉类拌匀。另外一个碗将鸡蛋椰浆及,糖搅拌均匀后加入班兰粉浆里拌均匀(过滤)。,5. 以小火将班兰混合物煮至稍为浓稠后倒入在,金瓜层上再蒸15-20分钟至熟,待冷。
