鲜虾豆腐汤 Fresh prawns tofu soup

    材料:
    50g肉碎
    1小匙油
    1/2小匙蒜茸
    700ml水
    1块水豆腐,切块
    1/2条红萝卜,去皮,切粒
    3朵鲜菇,切粒
    5条甜豆,切小块
    15只中虾,去壳和肠泥

    调味料:
    1/2小匙盐
    少许胡椒粉

    做法:
    1. 肉碎加入少许盐,胡椒粉和麻油拌匀。
    2. 烧热油爆香蒜茸,加入水煮滚,再加入肉碎和其余材料煮3分钟。
    3. 加入调味料,即可上桌享用。
